Fortitude Powerlifting was developed by elite powerlifter Ian “The Rhino” who added 403 lbs to his total in just five competitions to help you consistently increase your absolute strength as measured by the squat, benchpress, and deadlift – the most effective tools for the job. It utilizes a variety of means to do so by exploring different concepts such as progressive overload, linear and undulating periodization, amrap sets, accessory work, and more.
